Are 100% sauces natural and suitable for vegans?

Yes, they're 100% natural. We don't add any artificial additives, sugars, or preservatives. Plus, they're made with plant-based ingredients.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers.

  2. Store in a cool, dry place.
  3. Refrigerate once opened and preferably consume within 30 days.*

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Domestic Shipping: 2-3 business days from purchase.
  • International Shipping: 4-7 business days from purchase


Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact us at killibrack@ogshackco.com and we will resolve it immediately.

How many days do I have to initiate a return or exchange?

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

How long does it take to process an exchange or return?

Normally between 3 and 5 business days from when we receive the product back.
