    • Loaf of rustic bread

    • Fresh mozzarella

FOR THE MIX

  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Chop the red onion.
  • Add a good splash of EVOO, salt and pepper.
  • Tear some basil leaves and add them.
  • Add a good splash of Lime Jalapeño Hotter.
  • Mix everything very well and let it rest so that the flavors can infuse.

FOR THE TOASTS

  • Toast thick slices of rustic bread.
  • Rub them with a clove of garlic for extra flavor.
  • Place the tomato mixture on top.
  • Add chunks of fresh mozzarella.
  • Finish with a final splash of Lime Jalapeño Hotter.
