    • 1 egg

    • 1 tomato

    • 1 avocado

    • Wheat tortillas

    • Grated cheese (whichever you prefer)

    • 3-4 slices of bacon (Recommended by Oscar Mayer)

    • Mango Habanero Hotter 7/10

    • extra virgin olive oil or butter

    • Salt and pepper

PREP WORK

  • Cook the bacon over low heat until crispy.
  • Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Slice the tomato.
  • Slice the avocado.

IN THE PAN

  • Add butter or EVOO and cook the beaten egg until 85% (slightly runny).
  • Place the tortilla on top of the egg and carefully turn it over.

MOUNTING

  • Place the tortilla on a board and make a cut from the center outwards.
  • Spray Mango Habanero Hotter 7/10 over the entire surface.
  • Add the ingredients in quarters:
  • 🥓 1/4: Bacon
  • 🍅 2/4: Tomato
  • 🥑 3/4: Avocado
  • 🧀 4/4: Grated cheese
  • Fold the tortilla over itself until it forms a flat cone.
  • Add a little more Mango Habanero Hotter if you want more heat.
