    INGREDIENTS:

    • EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

    • Balsamic vinegar

    • 2 cans of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

    • 1 handful of fresh basil (Recommended for its unique flavor) either spinach

    • Walnuts (optional, to add a crunchy touch)

    • 1 large burrata

    • Mango Habanero Mild 4/10

    • 3 slices of sourdough bread either wholemeal bread

PREP WORK

  • Toast the 3 slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.
  • On a flat plate, generously drizzle olive oil until the entire surface is covered.
  • Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
  • Lightly emulsify the oil and vinegar with a fork, without mixing them completely.
  • Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and scatter them around the plate.
  • Add the basil leaves (or spinach if you prefer a milder flavor).
  • Place the burrata in the center and open it gently.
  • Add a touch of Mango Habanero Mild 4/10 for that sweet and spicy kick.
  • Finish with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  • Serve with toasted bread
